New Wii Shop Channel

SO i recently saw that there was a new youtube channel available in the wii shop, seeing that i homebrew my wii is it possible to get that channel?
Everytime i enter the Wii SHop Channel menu, it tells me that there is an update, and then tells me to do a system update

Does anyone know if I was to change my Wii from a 4.3e to 4.3u through Wiimod or MMM would I be able to get the Youtube channel?

Well 4.3U does have it in the Wii Shop so I don't see why not.

Ok cool but just one more question, is changing from one region to another likely to cause a full brick? I've heard of downgrading the menu can and has caused full bricks even with priiloader.

Not sure about that, I myself downgraded from 4.2 to 4.1 with the mod any Wii guide. I have heard its possible to brick by downgrading or region changing but I don't know how high or low the danger level is for either scenario.
