    Wii U at CES 2012

A couple of media organizations got their hands on the upcoming Nintendo Wii U gaming console at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas last night. Jeff Bakalar from CNET had the privilege to test out a Zelda HD simulation on the Wii U whilst using the touchscreen controller.
“During my hands-on with the quick Zelda teaser, it became very easy to imagine being able to just quickly glance down at the tablet screen and observe the map or equip a different weapon. It might seem trivial, but the streamlining of these game features really came through in brief moments of clarity during the demo. I can safely say that controlling a Zelda game via the tablet controller does appear to be a superior experience over the current iteration.” – Jeff Bakalar
No other information was shared about the Nintendo Wii U and executives of the company are keeping very tight lips in regards to the Wii U’s release date, launch price, launch titles and everything else that us fans are waiting for!

Although I can't wait for the Wii U, and the release date seems an eternity away lol,
I'm glad big N are taking their time to get the Wii U right.
