Did anyone install the new firmware ?
Is the vWii still working after the upgrade ?
Did you notice any improvement ?
What is the major change ?

    Red face

vWii is completely fine, nothing changed on it ;D
The major changes are in Wii U mode, all I noticed was:
*Apps/Wii u menu load MUCH quicker!
*the screen size adjust is in settings now instead of only miiverse/shop
*You can go straight to wiimode by holding B while the screen says 'Wii U' (The screen you get when turning it on)

    EDIT:
    Oh yea I forgot!
*Some icons changed e.g. the button which switches from gamepad to wiimote
*Miiverse is better (Slightly more features)

    Other improvements:

    - Games will download and install in the background while you are playing other games (before, they would download, but wouldn't install until you did so manually)
    - The system can be set to power down to idle (like the Wii) instead of a full power down. In this state, updates will trigger and install automatically, instead of waiting for you to launch the game/app to start the update process.

It seems to load at least twice as fast for me...but I haven't been using the Wii U much so I can't say for sure.

This whole updating in the background sucks! I want to be in control of when I update.
