How can I work the emu NAND to install wii channels onto the SD Card...

You need to use ShowmiiWads. Unless you mean to install them and access them via the SD card menu?

Is that a wii app or CPU app? Where can I find it??

I have no idea what i am doing. I know on my wii, all the channels show up on the USBLoaderGX so why not on my other one?

Are you trying to display NAND channels, emuNAND channels or both?

In either case just click the filter box and check off NAND and EmuNAND channels, also go to custom paths and make sure you've specified to correct channel and NAND channel paths (both should be SD/NAND)
