    Us Ntfs hard drive

Can I use a hard drive that has data from my computer on the Wii? I have a 4.3u Wii that has a fully softmoded updated maufrog soft mod. I originally used the hard drive for my Wii but needed the space for stuff on my computer. I still have the game backup files on my computer. What would I have to do to get the games to work on my softmoded Wii? If I could do both computer and Wii that would be great preferable as ntfs. Would I have to create a second partition as wbfs for my wii game backups? I know it is a lot of questions but I am a noob. Thanks in advance.

We don't recommend using WBFS partitions anymore. Having an NTFS hard drive is fine, and it can have data used by other things, as long as they don't conflict.

The Wii games would get installed into a /wbfs directory on the hard drive, so any other directories would be ignored.

More information can be found in NTFS guide as recommendations on how to format and install games to the hard drive. This guide is linked in my signature.
