I'm very new to softmodding Wii/WiiU and I had a (maybe stupid) question about it.
Since I'm living in europe I'm asuming that I have to use the PAL version for Smash Stack to softmod my WiiU, and I was wondering if it works for Wii U since it's not an official version of Smash Stack?
You need the original disc of ssbb to mod the vwii on the Wii u.
As for the Wii , you can use a different exploit without a disc.
Remember we don't support out side tutorials and we do not have a guide for the vwii mod.

Yeah I'm talking about buying the original disc in europe, sorry if I was unclear, but since Smash Stack only supports the NTSC-U version of the game I was wondering if the unofficial PAL (EU) version of Smash Stack works aswell in vWii?
If you are asking if the backup copy of the game will work on the vwii through the usb loader, then yes it should.
Now if your asking if a back up of the said game can be used to mod with, then No.
