CES: Wii TV Channel

Quote:
Nintendo looks set to take on the broadcasters with the announcement of a new television channel to be accessed via the console and the internet.

The channel will launch in Japan this spring, with an expansion to the rest of the world due before the end of the year. With over 40 million homes with a Wii, Nintendo could be sitting on a goldmine if they get the service right
