A few people over at GBA temp are working on creating customs for RB2, While working on this, they have also figured out how to crack DLC through the use of a custom wad loader through homebrew,

It will be highly unlikely they will release the cracked dlc, but the customs will most likely be a goer.

Yeah, the particular group that was working on the customs had the cracked dlc ages and ages ago, but they wouldn't release it.

Obviously it was only time until someone else did.

i have the cracked dlc for rockband 2 it has everything purchased even the spongebob songs
