Spyman or GMODZ or Dark Mod - please help!

after I installed Wasabi 2 V3 for D2C/D2C2/D2E Chipsets, the power is on, but I can't insert the disc (even the orginal game). What should I do next?

If I remove the mod chip, it works fine as normal, and then I install back the chip again. I can't insert the disc.

On the my machine, it is GC2 D2E and Serial number is LU 5792xxxx 8

did you go solderless or solder..seems like ur drive is locked and u got a solid red light on the chip itself...if u went solderless did u solder the F wire or is it one of those 100% solderless solutions?

my Wasabi is 100% solderless solutions. Should I order another one -D2E D2PRO9 V3 + Presoldered Wii-Clip V4C which is for D2E chipsets wii only? At first, I thought Wasabi is compatible to all D2C/D2C2/D2E. That's why I pick this one in case my wii has one of them. It's 100% solderless, so why should I solder the F wire? Is it only solution that I have to solder the F wire?

After I installed Wasabi, I tested it. The red light flashed and the green light was on. Then, I inserted the dish in, but it didn't take it.

Don't take the D2pro....you will kill your drive, the wasabi wiiclip probably is faulty, try using the solder method.
Thanks everyone for the great support.

or try to short the clk point.....you can also find the info you needed on the wiiclip website cause to tell you the honest truth......I don't really use wiiclips, so check the wiiclip website.

look at the pins of the wiiclip make sure none are bent out of place, usually the #1 cause, from not putting it in the first time correctly.

it would be the right one if it was for d2c/d2c2/d2e drive. dont be confused by the sticker either, because wasabi had had a batch that had the old stickers on it accidentally but it still supports the d2e.

Anyways check PM for further help.
