Thanks for the quick reply. Just to confirm, this: [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] is most likely to work for both of us? How can I definitely confirm confirm? I'd have to open my Wii right? With that said, is there any instructions/video I can see on installing the linked clipped modchip?

both chips will work .just ensure its flashed with 2.3 firmware which fixes the eject spin issues.....we flash all of our chips with latest firmware before shipping

no what i mean is if wii gets bricked you can download menuuloader for wii
but there is only a dol file what to do with it?

please tell me what to do with the file.

ok, I'm not really familiar with menuloader app, but what I believe you need to do is:

1) create a dir on your sd card called /apps/menuloader/
2) place menuloader.dol in that directory
3) rename menuloader.dol to boot.dol
4) put sd card in Wii
5) Launch Homebrew channel
