Wii Question!! Assistance appreciated!!
I bought my Wii in either late June/early July (And yes, I saw the thread on what months your Wii was purchased). I popped it open and saw it had a D2C chip on the board. I bought a D2CKey and Wii-Clip, installed it, and got nothing. The sodlering is flawless, so the only reason I can think of this not working is that it might be a D2C2 or later. My question is: Is there any sure-fire way to figure out exactly which version my system is? Thanks in advance!

They just started selling D2E in late july, so you will be D2C2

D2E started appearing in Japan in July. I don't know if they have been selling them in Europe or USA.

Ive done quite a few d2e already so I can confirm USA and Canada do have D2E as well. For the majority though it is D2C2 and likely what the poster has
