D2Pro9 on D2C chipset should i upgrade to ver 2.1
right now I have a 1.5 firmware. Everything seems to run great. never tried SSBB but I have a programer coming in this week and I was wondering if I should update the D2Pro9v2 to 2.1 for the D2C.
Who has done the update is there any thing better about it?

Don't do the update if your stuff is working. The update is more for d2c2 wiis and issues with the d2pro9 chips.

just a word of warning if you decide to update. If you have a v2 d2pro9 then you might be stuck with the inching problem, usually changing the J point will resolve it but it is a hassle you will have to open your wii and solder again.
If you have a v1 d2pro9 then you can try it since you can always flash back to 1.1b. You cant flash to 1.1b if you have a v2 d2pro9 though, and 2.1/2.1alt sometimes still leave the d2c drives with v2 with the issue.
