D2c Pro Error
Black screen, white type: "An error has occured. press the eject button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii console off and refer to the Wii Operations Manual"
How did I get there?
D2C Pro installed. Doesn't matter if it's a copied disk or the original, the result is the same
1. Insert disk
2. Start
3. Play (doesn't matter how short or long)
4. Hit the home button
5. Confirm to return to WII menu
6. Try start the game again
7. Black Screen, white type - "An error has occured. press the eject button and remove the disc, then turn the Wii console off and refer to the Wii Operations Manual"
Simple solution, unplug (it will not turn off), turn on to restart.
Anyone else familiar with this error?
BTW, thanks in advance.

I had that happen to me once. Followed the directions and worked afterwards. Are you getting it consistently?

Hey DM, yes, if I follow the procedure as described in post #1, 100% success (or failure rate depending on how we see this fault).
I took the console back, and we tested at least another 5 at the show. All with the D2C pro, all had the same issue.

Are u using a WiiClip?
If yes, then that's the issue...
Perhaps isnt clipped right?
[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] had issues with his WiiClip, so I installed the D2Ckey with wires..

I'll have to bust it open to have a look. Bought it from a shop that sells chipped WII's. And like I said, when I took it back and showed them, they tested it on their other WII's and the same thing happened. So I'm trying to figure out 1. Is it the chip or 2. Is it the way they chipped it.
I'll get it open and report back when I know.
