I believe If you have a Modchip already then there is no benefit to this tool.

Wiifreeloader exists and is a usefull thing to have if you wish to play imports. I had one for the playstation and if they keep up with there high standards then the Wii version should be no less than excellent.

Wii Freeloader Doesn't work on 3.3 Firmware... IF you have 3.2 firmware you are ok...

it only works on store-bought games, so don't use it if u have burned games.
