What Modchip is best for me
I have a LU5097XXXX ,what is the overall best modchip , all I want too do is play backups ,probably the easiest to install ,just as long as it plays backups.

no clue what i can find out with hafl of the serial code. wanna tell us what is your wii drive? D2C? There are wii clip for all type of wii mod chips now so installation should be alot simplier and 9wire modchips.

509 is a dms/d2b chipset so you can use a wiikey. cheapest chip that works and has all featres required....dont bother wasting money on d2pro9 or wasabi..you pay more for no reason.

Ty guys ,so the wikey is for me, now all I have too do is buy the wikey find a tut and hope like heck I can do this .

Can someone recommend a place were I can buy a wiikey ,the solder,wire and screwdriver all bundled together .

are you really good at soldering TINY points? If not i woudn't recommend you soldering it yourself. You might end up breaking your wii. There is a wii clip available for wiikey just gotta get that thing in night and tight the first time and it will work like charm.

we sell wiikey for $15 .tri wing for $4 and will include wire and solder
