Wii-Fit and a black screen!

Hi!

Having been looking at forums all over the internet desperately trying to fix this issue, or just find out if there is hope, I have decided to post my problems here, so I hope this isn't a completely silly question! Thanks for your time in advance.

I have a Wii(Pal) bought in Australia currently v3.4E. Using a solderless Wiikey2 modchip. Have had no problems running burnt iso Pal games. However, just now in fact, I have realised that I have never been able to successfully play a burnt iso of a NTSC game. This brings me to my first question.

1. I recently bought a Wii-fit from Japan, and like all my burnt NTSC games, they load on the channel screen, but after pressing start just sit at a black, blank screen. The controllers become non responsive, and it needs to be powered off by the console. Am I doing something wrong? Is it a limitation of my Wiikey (after looking at specs and other forums I don't think so??)?

I thought it may have been the Japanese region, however, I also downloaded an NTSC version that had same problem.

2. I have as such decided to try and update/config my wiikey... and being only semi computer-literate, I don't know the next step after I uncompress the file downloaded and am left with a *.2.tar.b2z.tar.out file? What is my next step?

After unzipping the file, you should have a .iso file. Using imgburn, burn the iso to disc and insert it into your wii. A copy of imgburn is available in my signature.

The only problem is that I have tried Winzip to unzip it and I get a header error and then no files unzipped.

I have tried WinRar and it just adds a .OUT to the file and no ISO is unzipped.

And I have just tried another unzipping program and it keeps telling me that it is the first of many files and I need to insert the last file????

Any recommended software I should try?

Try downloading the file over again then unzipping with WinRAR
