    Us ModChip Help!

I am looking to buy a modchip for My Softmodded Wii. I not sure which one to buy that works with my hardware. I looked up my serial and I was told this

Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-D2C.

Your Drive Pins are most likely not cut.

What Does that Mean? What Modchip should I use? Can I even use a Modchip?

Thanks in advance to all who answer.

When Tristan was asking you about a clip,,
He was asking if you were going to buy the mod chip with the Wiiclip installed.
With the Wiiclip and mod chip you will just snap the clip on the board over top the drive chip.

If you buy just the mod chip without the Wiiclip you will have to solder the mod chip in to place.
