    Wode or Sun-Driver for hardmods.

USB Loading for Softmod. Check tutorial section.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

So what? Um, you know (apparently) some early black Wiis didn't have D3-2 drives and let's not forget you can do a drive swapout (which is what I did on a unit purchased November, 2009). Essentially FAKE is what I'm getting at...

But I don't know what was the problem. When I installed D2-C board instead of D3 board, wii didn't work. It turned on automaticaly, and tried to eject Dvdrom. When you put A DVDRom, it didn't take it in, no action
But I'm not sure, D2-C board may be out of order, or I was not abble to install it well.
are there anyone who tried to swap d3 board and d2 board?

if you did everything correctly..it will work

Well swapping the d3-2 drive with an older drive is viable for disk backups (gamecube because there are no current usb loaders for gamecube) but there has to be a hard or softmod for playing disk backups without replacing the drive.

It's either fake or he doesn't have a D3-2 drive.

I think the best option is to just replace the DVD drive board, just take out the one you have and install a new older one. It's easy to do and it chages everything for you. Take a look!

Wii Drive Board D2C :: Buy Replacement Wii DVD Board Here

With this you'll have a new wii with the old DVD drive MB installed. This gets you back to being able to use any and all mod-chips. Let me know what you think....
