Nintendo replaced my Wii - Now has D2B SN? D2B Drive?

I sent my Wii in to Nintendo for repair and they sent me a replacement Wii with a D2B serial number. My original was a D2B as well. My question is what are the chances that the drive is a D2B? Anyone know if they would have made it impossible to put a clip on the drive?

Thanks in advance,
Munky
