Red face After 2 monthes of searching: Update Question

HEllo all,
First of all, I apologize if my post is answered somewhere in the site.. I tried as much as I can to search and find my answer but when brickin the wii is on stack, you just can't try your luck doing somethin not 100% will work :S

Second of all, I have a 3.3U. Mod chipped. Have HBC installed and I love it Thanks to who invented it and to all ones enhancing it..

Third, the Question.................
I want the EA Active game to play. After I burnt my DVD, I load it and the disc channel tells me I have to update. I got to knw that with modchipped wiis, you can simply update (Hurray) but, no one is giving firm answer about if HBC would be working.. However, on one thread someone said that HBC would still be there but some stuff would be screwed (as long as mplayer is working I wouldn't hate my life).. But.... Which update should I do ??? The official wii one?? or One from the game?? or the wakinoho(sorry for mis-spelling) one???

Thanks in advance

u could probably go ahead with the update. im not sure what update is on the ea active game, but if u would update ur homebrew would most likely remain functional. homebrew works on all systems so far. can ur modchip be set to block game updates? then it wouldnt ask u anymore.

look up whatever chip u have and see if it has a settings menu or config disc. the update from the game should be fine to do. just as long as the game is from the same region as ur console is.
