    I recommend the wiikey just make sure you play PAL games only, to insure you dont brick the wii. Some games come with updates, if you try to update a PAL console with a NTSC game update it will brick your wii. so it is safer to only play PAL games on your PAL wii.

    What if your console is NTSC and how do you know if your console is PAL?

    NTSC is USA
    PAL is Europe
    You can check which region firmware is installed on your wii, it is in the top left corner of the wii options menu it should say something like -
    3.0u = firmware version 3 (USA)
    3.0e = firmware version 3 (Europe)
    3.0j = firmware version 3 (Japan)
