Thread: can someone help me get the perfect soldering iron? ive looked everyware...

    -.- ive used google...that's how i found out about the first site...but i googled again after everything closed again and i couldent find it..

    If you are serious about doing a lot of soldering then you have to go with a soldering station. I bought a hakko 936 and they have every type of tip available.

    Also check out a Weller solder station. You can control the temp and they will last super long. I only paid $70 U.S for my station brand new.

    You might not have a store that sells them but a station is the way to go. If not then any 15 watt iron will work as long as you have a thin tip. Stick with weller and your safe.
