firmware 3.2
well im trying to get 3.2 the best firmware atm, so i can play Wii Ware games but...
i cant update Via online since they require 3.3
i cant get it from a game, because from what i understand no game has it
i cant get it from anyregion changer since i keep getting this error "Error getting settings 1,1,1,0 -24578"
so can anyone tell me how to fix my Anyregion changer, or another way to get 3.2 or am i out of luck?

1. Install the HBC
2. Upgrade online to v3.3
3. Use the downgrader to go down to v3.2
or
update with mario kart
That error means the Region changer didn't find the "IPL.EULA" setting in your SYSCONF file. This probably means you haven't ever looked at the EULA on that Wii. Currently, the sysconf lib only supports editing existing settings, because there's adding settings is kind of risky in my opinion. To get around that, you'll have to go into the System Menu, Settings, Internet, User Agreements, and accept the EULA. Actually, the region changer will probably work if you hit "I do not accept," too

why does everyone say Mario Kart =.=, that game doesnt have the update! xD no game has 3.2, but i fixed it with something else

Wii Update Manager, its a program that swaps firmwares, i just used that, and changed a Japanese games firmware, to have 3.2U worked perfectly

yes, but after you patch the update MAKE SURE, it reads correctly i did that, and somehow got the Euro one, did it again and it was the Us one
