what is Cios? i have read about that and until know not understand it..
what is advatage of use this CIOS?
its safe to used in modchip wii??
a Cios is obviously a Custom IOS xD
theirs ZERO risk in using and they mimic firmware, they use unused slots, to make programs, and channels, work better, anyone can use them, and thats about it, theres a few of them, but like i said no risk
