I didn't see a mention of a modchip in your other thread, so I'm assuming you are trying to load wii disc using one of those iso loaders. From what I read last, not every game can be loaded this way and not all of them have been tested so even some of the NTSC games may not work let alone PAL. I believe there is a compatibility list out there somewhere that lists games that have been tested and whether they work or not. As for being able to play PAL on NTSC using iso loader I couldn't tell you as I'm really not a fan of that app.
