What's injecting and how does it work to play? - Wiihacks

I'm trying to get Secret of Mana but I only get copies that disguise themselves as a Donkey Kong game... wtf?

They never start when I press start on them, too. Someone please explain the workings of these injected games.

That I know of, when people inject they use 'Sin & Punishment' WAD.

I would suggest you play 'Secret of Mana' on an emulator to not waste space on your Wii.

I'm sure Wiiwouldliketohackit will say the same.

No I want to play it as a VC game, I'll delete it from the wii memory when i'm done but keep the save.

I don't want emulators on my SD card, I'd rather just have the up to date VC and WiiWares.

Yeah, I googled 'Secret of Mana WAD' and found many different links.

So keep trying I guess.

Thank you so much you two, whenever I googled it all I came up with was the EU version that was bad, and PAL versions that I can't even download because I have to subscribe to a pay service to download.
