It does, there's a glitch on Twilight Princess that they use to install the Homebrew Channel.
So you could borrow it from a friend or rent it. But still if you're going to rent it, it will cost you money so you might as well buy the internet channel if that's all you want.

You could download it but your Wii won't play it unless you have a mod chip installed.

Sry for double postin..
Dad just got home, when he goes out and comes back, Im gona hire it 
Oh, and in Australia, it's more than $5. it's like $20-50 here!

Dude just pay 5 dollars, it wont be worth getting Twilight Princess if you aren't gonna use homebrew for anything else but the inernet channel.
