i believe that its included in the archive. i havent tried it out yet, but with no documentation its going to be hit and miss for me.
that said though, i am not really too excited about this loader as the
hassle to load it up through homebrew channel
and patch every iso doesnt compare to a mod chip.
Yeah and the project is now over, after someone leaking it he posted on his and other sites he is no longer furthering the project. I was looking forward to it , but it is obvious that he was angered someone he trustede leaked it. I also posted this sad heartbreaking news on the WHAT an ISO loader thread. Sorry guys :\

and i feel its just not complete enough for compatability to bother with, the dev is just too early for all the fuss, its a real shame though that the work stopped, i thought it was an interesting experiment that could lead to more than piracy, like a desktop OS or similar sort of thing
