aside from being apparently incompatible with NTSC, for the record patched games are not recognized as discs by chipped systems, and still need to be loaded thru app even with chip installed.

did any one have any luck getting this works i tryed it
patch my disk the disk reads then im left hanging with a black screen disk seems to be spining

Here im going to try out this then. Can i use a DVD - R instead of a +r? dont have any +r's on me at the mo adn dont want to buy them for something that doesnt work properly. Also what do you use to backup your original discs? Is it dvd decrypter?

Links to news stories are acceptable, however, direct links to where the download is available is a no-no. We like to remain neutral in a lot of ways, and we really don't want to get into the middle of this one.

Apparently a hacker who goes by the name of "El Ripper" claims to have completed Waninkoko's backup loader and has posted the app on torrent sites, im not going to say which one since i do not appreciate that it was leaked before Waninkoko could finish his work. However, the file is 58.7 MB which obviously is way too big of a file size for it to be a "legit" copy -- which leads me to believe it contains a virus or a bunch of useless crap... So if you are thinking about getting the beta copy of backup loader don't do it -- if you decide to though I would stay away from the torrents
