Wii Pack Generator - Now on-line
This should help a lot of people.

The Wii Pack Generator is a web based utility that allows you to select from the most recent, up to date, and high quality homebrew for your Nintendo Wii and create a custom pack. I was wondering, is there anyway to get the homebrew channel without Twilight Princess? because i dont have that game

If don't have a modchip then the only way to install Homebrew channel is using the TP hack, no other way.
