Obviously. First of all, Nintendo's probably going to know about this anyway by the time someone sends a letter to them (they're probably watching forums like these every day). Second, there's no way a massive global game distributor is going to respond a single person's email that quickly, if at all. He knows that this someone else he said so(i think) he just posted all the emails he got about this.This was just one of the many pethetic excuses for a scam to get to see what the exploit is.
EDIT: reading it over i see he said we got a response(see below) so may be does not think this a fake.

Update 2: Apparently I presume too much of e.g. MaxConsole. The “comment below” was referring to comment 12. I listed the email in the order I received it.

The rest of the copycat emails can stop now. Srsly, guys. I did not post my email address here to invite you to debate this with me. Suffice it to say that I have put more thought into this than you have, and when you find your own exploits you can decide how to handle them.

those are not the same things the custom firmware does not allow non-nintendo discs to be played on an unmodified wii. This exploit that bushing found is suppose to lift that limitation allow non nintendo disks to be played.
