you can delete the folders "Wad_installer" and "Wad_uninstaller"
So you should have:
root:\\apps/WAD-Manager_v1.0/
root:\\wad/

I would recommend the Installer/Uninstaller if you want to install ALL the WAD files in the WAD directory. It is much faster to use the installer, which bulk installs all the wad files in the folder than having to sit there and install each file 1-by-1.
If you want to install/uninstall wad files selectively (eg. one or two, not all of them), I would recommend using the WAD Manager.

Rubiks-
I understand your frustration, but it works out better for everyone in the long-run to use the WiiHacks forums so that when other people have the same questions they will be able to come here and find the answers.
What's your issue?
Installing the HomeBrew channel is really quite simple. If you have a modded Wii, you simply need to download the compressed file that contains the installer disc, uncompress the iso (tar and gz) and burn it as an image (not as a data-disc). From there, simply insert the disc into the Wii and it will load up like a normal Wii disc. Click the Start button and accept everything - the 1 key on the WiiMote. After that, the HBC should be installed on your console as a normal channel.
I had some issues extracting the disc from the compressed file (an error upon extracting it) and simply redownloaded it, extracted it, and burned the image. You might try that again.
Also, I burned it on some imation media and it wouldn't work, so I switched to TDK DVD-Rs and it worked.

Hello Jiiprah:
I read your postscript in one of your message which links to downloads of VC and WiiWare games.
Do you know any sites where Japanese VC and WiiWares can be downloaded?
Thanks.

The 120 Wii Wad Pack has (5) five Jap origin WiiWare/VCs:
[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]
The downfall is you will have to download the whole 2.4 gigs which is mainly NTSC wads to get those 5 files.

Rubiks,
Yes, the image was around that size.
Also, I know I've already said this, but some people overlook the fact that you must burn the ISO as an image (eg. ImgBurn), not as a data-disc. Also, the first time I burned the disc (on the imations) I didn't finalize the disc which ended up unsuccessful. On the second burn, I used TDK DVD-Rs and finalized the disc. I'm not sure which piece made the difference, but I figured it was worth noting. I was at a friends house who is running Nero when I burned the disc (even though I prefer ImgBurn on my own computer).
I'm assuming you are running a mod-chip?

yes i do have a modchip... when u say you must burn the iso as an image you mean:
Open Image Burn
Browse for Installer.iso
Insert blank dvd
click write
wait for the disc to be ejected
thats what you mean?
