Lightbulb Wii game encoding

I was wondering how exactly are Wii games encoded? What is different about a Wii disc that makes it recognizable to a Wii while a burned copy of the disc cannot be played without a mod to the system? Has anybody figured a way around this and have found out how to burn copies that will play on any un-modded & un-hacked Wii (No mod-chip, twilight princess hack, homebrew channel or any other type of hack)

don't think so.

If there were a way people wouldn't have mod chips.
