Extracting Message Board Data

My Wii's Message Board Data has recently filled up and it moved some of the old data to my SD Card and when I go to my SD card on my PC the files got stored under the private\wii\title\HAEA directory and after that there's directories like 89CB2E27\D9F57665\2006 and 89CB2E27\D9F57665\2007 and if you keep going trough the directories you evetually end up with .000 files with names like 0CF31896.000.

I was wondering if there some sort of decoder or extracter to decode and extract the data from these files, like the messages and pictures stored on them?

And I wish I could extract the Pictures I take in Brawl from the binaries and use them as Wallpaper. D:
