im not totally sure but the last time i read the wii manual (lol)
im sure i saw that if the console was modified in anyway the console would have voided warranty? you could always try a small pair of tweezers if you really need to get it out...

Try holding down the eject button for at least 10 seconds after turning on the console. If that doesn't work (or you've already tried that). Try the following steps.

1. Unplug Wii from power outlet.
2. Plug in Wii again.
3. Press power button.
4. Press Eject button for at least 10 seconds.
5. If the disc doesn't eject try holding down the power button for 10 seconds and then the eject button again.

Send a message via MSN to Keigan
you might need to open it up and losen the screws that hold your drive in place .. the slot's may not be lining up causing the disk not to eject .. too much, or too little pressure on the drive can cause issues ..

If you are using D2Pro9 then there is new Firmware update that fixes this very problem

I got nothing. The only thing I can think of is that the 3.3 update might be messing with it but that's just a shot in the dark my friend.
