I'm really sorry, but it's just not possible. The console will not permit you to play games downloaded anywhere other those you download off the virtual console, and you have to pay for those using "Wii points".
It's also impossible to copy the virtual console games you've downloaded to send them to others. Literally impossible, at least for the vast majority of us--and I know some pretty good computer hackers who have told me they can't do it either!
You can copy the game DVDs, but your console won't recognize or play them unless you've installed a "mod chip" in your console, which can fry your console and void your warranty.
