it goes all over the world!!! u just need 2 go 2 wifi hotspots. most of all the macdonalds have wifi. i think some starbucks 2. oh yeah the ups stores.
the nintendo DS according to nintendo gets 30-200 FT of Ni-Fi range (Ni-Fi is nintendos prepriatary interface that is used for console to console connection) it is capable of utilizing standard Wi-Fi and has a very good antenna for that.
I've played Animal Crossing with people all over the world on the wifi. I love my DS and soon Nintendo will be bring an Internet browser to the US for the DS. That's right Internet on a handheld!! Take that sony!!
