Rock Band / Guitar Hero DLC

Anyone found a way to download and share this DLC for either game yet?

They're both on the SD card, so I assume it shouldn't be too long.. ?

The dlc server isn't setup yet. So you won't be able to download anything yet. I think its a few weeks off yet....

World tour dlc has been available since launch.

As for sharing it, I'm pretty sure that the content is console-specific.. so that would be a no. At least I think so.

the amount of dlc for this game is huge, wonder how much it would cost to buy all the tracks. I'm going by what has being released on the 360 so far.

I'm aware of the console-specifics, and the rock band 2 not being launched yet.

    But I was thinking,
    Both companys released free songs.
Those songs are now encoded with our console, right?

Is there perhaps some way to extract the console information, and re-edit it into the files?
So we can edit our own song files?

(as in, a friend downloads a song, I change his console code, and stick it on my wii?)

I reckon someone will figure it out how to just get all the songs you want off the net and stick them on an sd card and enjoy them...

    Time will tell though....

RB2 DLC is out. It just opened a few hours ago.

Now for the question, is it safe to update your system if i have a wiikey? >_> It requires a system update to access the shop from the wii shop channel

Wait so I have to go to the songs through the Wii Shop Channel??? I've tried using the music store in Rock Band 2 and it just hangs up and gives me a whining electrical noise. Probably because of the mod chip, I assume?
