Well, the actual guide is only on page 1.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by installing PriiLoader and enabling "block disc updates".

Game crashing at Sea of Sand
So I have been playing a backup of this game from my usb drive using uLoader without any problems for a while now. I play whenever I can and I suppose I am about half way through, and needless to say, hooked. But I have just run into a problem that will not let me progress any further in the game and I'm hoping someone here can help me out.
When I reached the beginning of the Sea of Sand everything worked fine but I went to sleep and woke up the next morning before approaching the dock with the boat and little robot dude at the end. When I activated the boat the dude woke up and told me his little story (trying not to spoil anything here) the screen faded to load to the boat travel and never came back. I figured leaving the Wii on over night may have sparked a glitch, so I turned it off and tried again. Strangely the problem got worse, I can't set foot on the dock without the game acting like the controller got unplugged or something and the music stops, but Link still yawns and stretches, and the clouds still move. I have tried many things, such as going back to the sky and have gotten nowhere.
This is my first attempt at playing a Wii game using a loader, but I have had my system homebrewed for gameboy and snes games for a while with no problems like this so I don't think it's my setup but it's still possible. It could possibly be my save but that's unlikely.

Curious. Have you tried w/ the original? If so does it work? If it does, I'd suggest re-ripping the disc.

Thanks Blu, I will try this as soon as I get the chance. I let a friend borrow it and he is being very elusive right now (probably because he has half my games) so I downloaded the game off the internet when I got my Wii back up and running. I got Zelda for christmas but I left some cables at my old house when I moved and didn't go back to get them until about a week ago and really wanted to play the game. I may just have to buy it again if he doesn't answer, but it would be nice if it ends up being an ISO problem and not my save or something, I would hate to do all that again.

You're riding a very thin line there. In order for us to be able to help you here, it needs to be "legit" - meaning, you have the game on hd, you have the physical game. Short of that it falls into the piracy arena. Going forward, if you're going to have the game on your drive, keep the original. If you give it away and keep it on your drive, it's.... not good.

Hi, sorry if my issue has been raised and a fix has been posted.
I have a softmodded wii and i use configurable usb loader to play games from hdd. I have downloaded several versions of zelda skyward sword but none of them will get past where it asks to connect the nunchuck to the wii remote. i have the gold zelda wii remote with built in motion plus inside and my nunchuck is a third party wireless nunchuck, brand is NYKO. the nunchuck works perfectly on all other games without any problems at all. the controller doesnt even recognise that i am plugging my nunchuck in as the nunchuck has lights on it showing it is powered, these lights do not come on and i am forever stuck at that screen.
my wii version is 4.1e adn has been softmodded using the softmod any wii guide from here. its the only game I am having trouble with.
Could someone please point me in the right direction please. I would very much appreciate it. thank you.

Do you have the original Zelda on disc? You should just rip it!
