Alright so the game works fine right up until after the part of Zelda being sucked into the tornado. I awaken talk to the headmaster get the adventures pouch and Head towards the double doors. Once I try and open them I just get a black screen and the wii freezes... Any help?

    Using both cIOS 249 [56] d2x v6 AND cIOS 250 [57] d2x v6 using config usb loader.

Same problem for both... Any help would be Greatly appreciated.

I still can't get Skyward Sword running. I keep getting a black screen

I used the Mod any Wii guide and it won't work.
    I'm running a 4.1 NTSC-U WII using a NTSC-U copy of the game
I already have a Wii motion+ and I've ran the video before.

Oh and I'm using the latest version of USB Loader GX

Have not updated Wii in YEARS and got it to work!

Have not updated Wii in YEARS and got it to work!

    With USB Loader
    1) Select the game
    2) Go to "Settings"
    3) Select "Game Load"
    4) Ensure that "Alternate DOL" is set for "Select a DOL"
    5) Set "Selected DOL" to "836 player.dol"
    Save and back out.

Run game and let the Wii Motion video play
    6) Do steps 1-3 as above
    7) Set Alternate DOL" to "Default"
    Save and back out.

    8) Play the game!

I did what I could with the dx2 and got no where! I had to reload my back up with BootMii. After a few min of goofing off with the settings I got it to work!

    Enjoy!

Anyone who wants to try the dvd+r thing be my guest, just try burning some random games that your wii won't normally read in a dvd+r and hopefully they will work, it would be nice to contribute to the community for once, since it has done so much for me

Most problems like this are bad rips. Yes this can happen on usb too. I recommend mounting a new one.

What happens when you rip your original? Does the original retail one play correctly?

Hmmm, have you tried using a different harddrive? I am guessing you are using something like a 200gb external harddrive. Try putting it on a flash pen, 8gb or something. Could be it has problems with too slow loading, which freezes it.

    Some input from me.

If you are not able to load the game then update your IOS, cIOS, and CFG USB Loader.
If your using a hdd and you've never sucessfully played a wii motion plus game, then in CFG click the cover >> press 1 >> choose dol alternative >>select player.dol >> watch the videos >> wii will reboot >> Now your ready to play wii motion plus games.

If your freezing at Lanayru sand sea. Then its probably a bad rip.
Either use the original disc to make another rip or go buy the game because this site does not support piracy.

Are you loading the game with IOS 248 or 250?
