    Hiiii

So i recently softmodded my Wii in order to play Zelda from my external hard drive but i don't seem to quite be able to play it just yet.

Super Mario Galaxy, Naruto and Smash bros all work fine.... but both Wii sport resort and Zelda will give me a white screen the moment the Wii motion video ends.

It doesnt seem to freeze, it just seems like it cannot go any further... as when i press the home button i see the icon appearing in the top right corner to tell me i can't do this command....

I heard that 4.3u was problable needed for this.... Thanks in advance for your help.

Motion plus games require you to watch the motion plus instructional video prior to playing the game. If you have watched the video for motion plus from any other game then you will not need to watch it again.
To see the video you can simply use the original disc that you have and watch it or you will have to do some setting adjustments in your loader.
Each loader is a little different but they all allow you to load a different .dol for the game. Find this option in your loader and change the dol from default to player.dol After you do that you will need to load the game and watch the video. Once you have watched the video you will need to go back and change the dol setting to default.

okay...you need to have the hard retail copy of the game to fix this...put it in and play thru the video , watch the whole tutorial....and start the game....then....take out the disc ...reset your system and play it from wii flow or usb gx loader.... it worked for me....

This was one of those instances (based on the OP's previous posts), that saying read the guide would not work. This question would continue to be asked every other day. Sad thing is, I don't think it helped matters.

Installed cIOS 249 [56] d2x v6 using Wad Manager and couldn't get Skyward Sword to work. Updated usb loader gx changed the ios used to 249 and got the game to work but now I can't access my wad files in Wad Manager anymore. When i tell it to use SD card it fails to mount the device with the error (-1). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi all. I am trying to play this back'd up on my usb drive. I have never really had a problem with a game before, but this is giving some problems. I have the recommended cIOS installed as well as the most up to date usb gx. I am on 4.1U firmware. Is this a problem? Everytime I try to start the game, the wii itself restarts.

    Hey new member here
long time fan of this site, first time post so here's my problem:
i'm having a problem running the skyward sword backup via usb
the usb drive i'm using is a Hitachi Sata Laptop Drive in cheap Chinese enclosure HTS542512K9SA00 120GB it was confirmed as working on the compatibility list
the main issue i have is the game will start and i will usually get about 30 mins of play time before the light on my usb drive would shut off and the game will refuse to load any further. When i pop in the original it works fine.I know it's not a good idea but i tried removing the usb drive while the game is still running and plugging it back in, that seem to do the trick only 30 mins later it would do the same thing again. At some points while i'm in the game playing it would just stop everything and randomly load the title screen. I've already re soft modded my wii twice using the guide on this site but still no luck. So i started up my wii a week later and ran a syscheck hoping someone would spot something that could be causing this THANK YOU IN ADVANCE:
