Delete Game from Metroid Prime Trilogy

Hi, I've searched in Google but can't find if this is possible: can I delete one game from a game slot? So, I want to delete the Corruption game from Slot 1 but it only lets me delete the whole slot or copy a slot. Any ideas?
    TIA

EDIT: I'm using CFG USB Loader v70

No clue on that, but you could do some experimenting on it. Just use savegame manager to copy the save file then you are free to test out whatever you need to. If it all goes bad, just reinstall to file you backed up. I do not play the game so I don't have any advice on that part, just tossing out an option for you to try out.

Cheers - yes I already have a save game, so not worried about losing anything. Is there some kind of savegame editor, or other tool I could use?

There may be one, I really do not know. If there is one, we wouldn't discuss it here because editing savegame files would be classified as cheating and against Wiihacks rules. Google will have to be your friend for that one.

Of course - cheats isn't what I'm interested in, so let's ditch that line of enquiry. The issue I have is that when playing MPT, you have to select the dol file for the game in question and when you do that, it always plays from slot 1 because it uses multiple DOL files. A savegame backup doesn't split up the games into individual save files. Hmmm... something that should be so simple I kind of think I must be missing a menu option in the game itself!

I appreciate your assistance. I'll have a play - maybe play the game from the disk and see if that in some way helps.

Arrrrggghhhh - I'm a complete muppet! Yes, it is possible in the game itself. In case anyone reads this, this is how:
Go into the game slot as if you're going to play it. (i.e. loading the Main menu, not one of the game DOLs). You get a lost of all three games and in the bottom right is "erase". Select this and then the game within the slow you want to erase. Select "yes" and voila!
