    Us

I was afraid of screwing up every thing else that's working so I installed cIOS 236.

Used Pimp My Wii to install cIOS and change to cIOS 236 current.

    Next I install Base [56] v21 to Slot 248
    Next I installed Base [57] v21 Slot 247

Reloaded USB Loader GX, went to the Smurf Game and changed cIOS to 248 and set Block Reload to on. Just locks the Wii up.

    Shouldn't this have worked?

In reality I am running two different cIOS 249's.
    1. The standard - cIOS 249 base 56 v2dx
    2. Custom - cIOS 248 base 56 v21

Please advise on what I am doing wrong.

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a list of my IOS's if this would help.

    Spoiler

    Thanks again for the help

    I got it working finally.

I read through the thread again knowing I was missing something and I was. I am using USB Loader GX version 2.0. I did not know there was an update.

After updating to USB Loader GX 2.2 everything works.

    Thanks for the help.....

    Metafortress with SMURFS

I too got the Metafortress error and havnt been able to get past it. After a couple times trying to change settings to load the game my hard drive failed and USB Loader GX was telling me to select a drive to format. So long story short my drive crashed and had to reload my games..... Anybody know why this could have happened?

Sounds like a possible hardware problem. For others:

Running Smurfs Made Fun and Easy!

    1. Install the ios pack from Mauifrogs Any Wii guide. It will update you to latest cios. (Update Your Mauifrog Softmod spoiler)
    2. Choose ios 248 from configurable usb loader, wiiflow, or gx.
    3. Enjoy smurfy action.

Try another loader! If you are loading by disc, give Uloader a try!

Alright guys, I have no idea what to do... I have read this stuff a few times and tried to figure this out but I am just not that smart... I looked at Mauifrog's guides and I do not have half the things he suggested in his guide. I do not have an ios236 / cios236 that I know of... I modded my wii over 2 years ago, do not remember which I followed on here. Please help me out to get this game working for my girl. Haven't had this much trouble since I had to get Monster Hunter 3 working! Thanks in advance...
