DBZ BK2 & Monster Hunter Tri still not working

ohai. this is my first post! :D I cant get Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi to work. Its a PAL version and i just get black screen. ive tried cios 149,150,222/223 none would work. i have 50 other games that work but not this one or Monster Hunter Tri. Was just wondering if u guys tried the right combos of settings to get these games to work. As far as Monster Hunter Tri. the game runs but ofc the "ringing" when you start the game. ive merged my 222/223 etc. not sure what else do but just keep guessing on settings and letting my wii crash. :( If anyone has any info i would greatly appreciate it.

MH Tri will load using cios222.
What usb loader are you using?

usb loader gx :O toby what other settings are you using for example.. My MHT is PAL (usually pal gives me trouble) Force XXX? tv patch? etc.. and ofc 222 for MHT yet ive also herd 223 works for some people. none work for me for some reason

Usually 223 Hermes v4 ios' 37 & 38 merged with error 2 fix enabled

thanks for the quick responce. Im pretty sure i did that. unless i merged them backwards.. but i usually follow directions pretty carefully. i was told not to use v5 so i used v4. still a issue ive looked everywhere so i decided to post here.

also if anyone has any info on dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 lmk. im going to rip my friends game and see if that works. but he is out of town.
