    mario kart onlie ???

i was playing mario kart off usb and went to see if it would work online multiplayer. when it started it said somthing about sending data to nintendo, and asked if this was ok. i said no and it took me back to single player mode. so what i am asking is, is it safe to do this, or if i play online will the wii download somthing to mess up my soft mod.

No nintendo won't do anything from an online game well as of now. Updating the firmware is the only way that could mess up your wii by removing hbc. But you should have bootmii and priloader and a NAND backup just incase

You can accept the agreement. It can't mess up or brick your Wii. The police is also not coming over to your house for softmodding your Wii (just in case you ask this, because it's been known to happen, lol).
