Naruto Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 - Disc not found in (n)

I've been trying to get this game to work quite some time now (about a week).
I've tried booting it off of an SD, and a Disc (DVD-R). I've downloaded three different torrents with this game, two American and one European. I've burned it appropriately several times and have made the necessary WBFS partitions on my SD cards. I'm confident that there's a problem here. Using IOS249 Rev17 (if I recall correctly). This is the only game that isn't working for me; I've ran about 7 backup games off my DVD-R's and all of them work perfectly except for this.

    Can anyone help me here?
Is there a different IOS I should be using?
    Etc.

This is OP on a different account, my regular account can't post for some reason.
And the copy I bought was bitten by my nephew (he's 3, he bites things), so that's why I'm trying to get another one without spending $50 all over again. But, before it was scraped by the ever-growing FANGS of my nephew, it worked fine, even on my modded wii.

You were sent to the reading room because you sounded like a pirate. I'm just going to give you the benfit of the doubt.

Where do you get the error? In NeoGamma or after the launch?

It's in NeoGamma r9, right at the start. Like I said, I can't even launch it. It's like it's not in there at all.

Yeah, I've tried messing around with the options a lot, always get the same result, the No Disc found in (n).
