    Now what! :/
As another option, a good thread on pretty much all current cIOS (yes, downloadable) is this one --- good to bookmark.

Okay, so as we speak I'm unRARing that pack of Herme WADs, extracting them to my SD: root, then using the WAD Manager I have to install them.

Good so far? Sorry I'm taking it slow and understanding as I move along. Then I'll click on the WADs (they sound like they'll be channels?!) to install Hermes this way?

    Am I understanding this?

    EDIT: I'm only doing 222, 223 and 224 .. I've never heard of 202 so I'm staying away. Fair?

EDIT 2: Nevermind, I installed the WADs, exited, and everything looks the same. Next .. step?

    Yeah, that will work.
202 was previously used by media players. It has been replaced by IOS58, which is sad since IOS58 is way slower. Wad files are not only channels. They can also be things like IOS's and System Menus.

Great! So I installed those WADs.

Now I'm in my CFG USB Loader.

Under Global Options it says Loader Version: 63a2 and IOS249 (r20) [FRAG]
    Base: IOS57 rev20 mload v1.0

(I'm revealing this information in case its detrimental lol)

In a post a few posts ago someone said DKCR loads with IOS 223.

I will try this now, but again, IOS223-mload and IOS223-yal are my only options.

    Which one do I choose?

And do I "Block IOS Reload?" that sounds important.

Thank you in advance again, you are all so patient.

Choose 223-mload. Don't enable Block IOS Reload.

Hmm, a black screen. This time, my Wii Remote light on the 1st square stays blue.

In case this is important, as it loads it flashes briefly something about "Base IOS 38."

Is that important? I feel like I'm getting close.

    You guys are awesome.

EDIT: If it means anything .. I tried it with USB Loader GX and got a black screen with no blue light on the Wii Remote. I kinda expected this. Learned today that people say Config USB Loader works more often.

    EDIT 2: COD:BO isn't booting with IOS 224 [57] either.

EDIT 3: And Goldeneye with IOS 249 either.

So when you press left on the IOS selection, 222-mload doesn't show up?

I feel like I'm getting close.
Lol, you make it sound like it is a treasure hunt.

I assume you aren't including nightstah.

It does and just tried it - it did the same thing.

Black screen, blue light on the Wiimote.

Haha, everyone is awesome so far. It is a treasure hunt.

I mean, I've gotten soo many games to work it just seems that lately every single new one I try won't!

So your retail copy works fine? Try re-ripping it.

*Grumble grumble* This would take forever - especially because this problem is with multiple games.

Could it be a bit of a larger problem? The loader? Some other issue?
