Sure I could say "Install and use cIOS [37] rev20"... but there is no point when it works with 223. Also, if it doesn't work with 223 then you know the issue is not your cIOS. Only the guides for games that NEED a cIOS that is not usually installed by the everyday user, should include instructions for those cIOS {the cIOS that most people don't install).
Okay, thanks for your explenation. Was just curious... hehe.

And keep your hands of my post.

I have an issue where the game sits in an infinite loading loop when trying to play level 2-2. I have tried IOS 222, 223, 249, and 250. Using USB Loader GX rev 20. Updated everything to latest using Pimp-My-Wii.

    Any ideas?

years ago, ppl could patch the ISOs from Jpn to Eng (e.g. SMG, MK). i am not knowledgible about how to patch and to what partitions.
that's "Trucha Signer" !!..... is it applicable today, still ?
I have changed my Jap Wii region a while ago and this is the only game that comes up with Jap ingame language . So Unless someone comes out with a patch for it seems like there is no solution now

I left my GC backup disc in the Wii and was playing DKC just fine via GX (didn't know about the trick).

    Thanks for the guide.

I am stuck always get the "unable to read disk" or the "disk error" popping up after the first level. I have disk backup loader and it doesn't get past level 1. In Neogamma r9 rev 20, the error shows at game startup. I'm on cios249. I have cios222 and 223 and it still doesn't work. I'm on 4.2u softmodded with bannerbomb. Any suggestions?

Game is working fine here. I've included my syscheck (might help someone).

Loading from USB via WiiFlow, no issues seen.

    Spoiler
