can't play original copy warriors of rock on modded wii

First, sorry if this is in the wrong place, just not with it today!!

i bought an original copy of warriors of rock, but it won't load up, the game loader box on the top left is replaced with a system update, which i presume i can't do as it will take away the modded settings?

I tried the neogamma launcher, but it just freezes to a black screen.

im on system 4.1e and neogamma r8 b7.

    thanks for any help!

You'll probably need to install Priiloader (if you haven't already) and enable the Block updates from Disc option....worked for me anyway.

Hold down the reset button when you turnthe Wii on if you have Priiloader installed it should boot up. I think the settings are in the "Enable Hacks" part but it's ben a while since I touched them so I can'tremember the exact wording.

The black screen is generally caused by a missing IOS, have you read the Guide on here for both WoR and Guitar Hero 5? I haven't played a new disc in my Wii since my Boys put pennies in the drive slot so I rely on USB transfers from my Brother in laws Wii that I set up the same as mine. He already had GH5 before he bought WoR and he didn't need to do anything else to get his original to run without a hitch. only thing I need to do is run it with IOS223 in CFG using a HDD. Do you use a HDD? If so can you rip it with CFG or USBLGX to your HDD and play it with IOS223? Past that I'm affraid I'm out of advice as I seem to be one of the lucky one who never really has problems with games.....well with the exception of Aragorns quest but I will work that out one day Good luck gettig to work fella although for what it's worth IMO it's not the best of the GH series.
