Using an adapter. You can install cIOSx Rev 20 base 57 to the 250 slot, if you want to try it out but still keep Rev17 in the 249 slot (I don't know how much it will help though).
    Damn I suck!!!!

Wow, thanks a lot for this info, after I removed my wavebird sensor from gc input the game worked beautiful, this is the first game in wii I see this issue !

Doesn't work in Neogamma R9 B47 with ios249 rev17. Gets past the Activision and Eurocom screens at the start and then gives the disc error. I've installed all the updates from the 4.2 packs on the guide so everything should be up to date.

Same problem here but with the 4.3 update. Wiikey2 modchip and HBC, Neogamma and Bootmii installed.

Do I need to install further Cios's.....and if so, how do I do it?

Update cios 249 to Rev 17 or Rev 20 base 57 or 56. To update to rev 17... run the cIOS38 Rev 17 installer....to update to Rev 20....look for Cile's Hermes and Waninkok cIOs wad threads and install cIOSx rev 20 [57].wad.

(both rev 17 and rev 20 should work if you have a proper burn and good image)

I would try rev 17 first.
    Damn I suck!!!!

I'm fairly new to this and have tried searching on the forum how to update these files. I'm not sure if I already have them when I softmodded the wii. I've attached the system files menu that I got from sysCheck v2.01. I'm not sure if anything is out of date and what to do to update them. For example, where would I put them on the SD card to be read and does HBC or BootMii install them? Sorry if there's a tutorial already for this, but I couldn't find it. This is the report of my system:

    sysCheck v2.0.1 by Double_A
    ...runs on IOS58 (rev 6175).

    Region: PAL
    System Menu 4.3E (v514)
    Hollywood v0x11
    Console ID: 68373875
    Boot2 v4

    Found 112 titles.
Found 40 IOS on this console. 5 of them are stub.

Looks like you have most of the stuff I mentioned (syscheck looks fine).

    Load with IOS222, 223 249 or 250.
    Damn I suck!!!!
